GENTLE YOGA: combines physical poses and breathing practices to promote strength, flexibility and balance. Participants learn tools to relax and calm a busy mind. Suitable for all levels of experience.

SENIOR STRENGTH AND BALANCE: specifically designed for 60+ aged participants. Involves gentle movement to enhance strength, balance and flexibility. No prior yoga experience is assumed. Participants may use a chair or other props as needed.

VINYASA: emphasizes the flow and connection between yoga poses, aligning movement and breath. Mixed-level class; experience with yoga practice is recommended.
