Amy Hammond, RYT200
Amy brings 35 years of instructional expertise from the classroom straight to the yoga mat. Her extensive, professional background in education naturally informs her thoughtful, beginner-friendly yoga sequencing.
Amy received her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification through Yoga Renew and holds 30 hours of specialized certification in Children’s Yoga. She is passionate about teaching foundational alignment, breathwork, and stress-relief techniques to students of all ages.
Beyond her professional life, she is a proud wife, mom of four, and grandmother to five. As a local Buckeye Lake resident, she has a deep passion for community and is thrilled to share the life-changing benefits of mindfulness and movement with her neighbors.
Beth Hume, RYT500
Beth has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and received her YTT200 yoga certification from Kelli Biehle at Granville Yoga in 2024. She completed her YTT300 in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga with Jason Crandell in July 2026. She continues to deepen her education in the areas of meditation, breathwork and Ayurveda. Her goal as a teacher is to help individuals live their best lives through movement, strength training, mindfulness and relaxation.
Beth is fortunate to have traveled and lived in many different cultures worldwide, related in large part to her past career as a professor of Linguistics. Not only has she found these experiences enriching, they have also given her a broad perspective on life and the world. In her free time, she loves playing outdoors, whether it involves swimming, walking, boating, growing herbs and vegetables, or just chilling with a good book.
Kelli Kelly, RYT500
Kelli is a 500 Hr certified yoga teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience. Recently relocated to Buckeye Lake, she offers classes focused on breath, alignment, and movement for all levels from beginner to advanced. Off the mat, Kelli is a proud mom and grandmother and works as a part time dental hygienist with the City of Columbus.
Kelli Mitchell, RYT200
Kelli started her yoga journey about 25 years ago to complement her career as a professional ballet dancer and teacher. She has served for many years as Director of the Children's Division at the New Albany Ballet Company, teaching ballet classes to all ages.
Kelli’s passion for yoga and the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits it brings, led her to receive her 200Hr teacher training in 2024 through Granville Yoga. As a teacher, she creates a welcoming environment that offers a deep mental, spiritual as well as physical practice.
Michelle Robison, RYT200
Michelle is a graduate of the American Institute of Alternative Medicine, Michelle specializes in improving her clients’ overall well-being, productivity and lifestyle through structured massage programs. She has expanded her expertise in movement by receiving her yoga teacher training certification with Jason Crandell in 2026.
Michelle has worked in a variety of settings - including physical therapy clinics, chiropractic clinics, fitness centers, salons, day spas and corporate wellness environments. She is also an instructor at Daymar College, where she teaches massage techniques, anatomy and physiology.
